Jireh Construction Website Refund Policy

Jireh Construction (“we”, “us”, or “our”) strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase of foam products from https://jirehcon.com. Please read this refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations under South African law and our own customer-friendly practices.
Scope
This policy applies to all foam products purchased directly from Jireh Construction via our website or by direct order. It covers returns, exchanges and refunds for defective, damaged or unwanted goods.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return and refund if, within 14 days of delivery, you meet one of the following criteria: Defective or Damaged Goods: The product is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description. Wrong Item Delivered: You received a different product than the one you ordered. Change of Mind: You are not satisfied with the product (subject to “Non-Refundable Items” below).
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Retain all original packaging, labels and any accessories. Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following products, unless they are defective: Custom-cut or bespoke foam orders are not eligible for return or refund. Items that are marked as clearance or “Final Sale” are non-returnable. Products have been installed, altered or used.
The return and refund process
Submit a Return Request: Please contact our customer service team at info@jirehcon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include: Your order number. Product name/description. Please specify the reason for the return, such as a defect, receiving the wrong item, or a change of mind. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Return Authorisation
We’ll review your request within two business days. If approved, you’ll receive: A return authorisation number (RA). Instructions for repackaging and shipping the item back
Ship the Item: Pack securely, label with the RA number. Ship via a tracked service to our return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item within five business days. We’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Issuing the Refund:
If approved, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. We will issue the refund using the original payment method.
Refund Amounts & Timing
Defective/Wrong Item: Full refund of product cost + original shipping. Change of Mind: Refund of product cost minus a 10% restocking fee; original shipping is non-refundable. Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days from approval for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Restocking Fee: 10% of product price applies for “change of mind” returns.
Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch: You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund of the product cost. After Dispatch: To cancel, please follow the standard return process; restocking and shipping fees apply as above.
